Took out the buy back policy, I did not realise this was only for 30% of the value of the money I had exchanged. It was circled on my receipt but with the rushed service and the amount quoted verbally aswell as circled in the foreign currency that I was unfamiliar with I misunderstood that it was only for 30% of the value that was protected in the buy back scheme. If I had returned 39,500 Isk I would have only got back £206.16 a loss of £60 Just in exchange fees. I raised my concerns at the time and the response was sharp quoting I would of been told at the time. At no point did I hear the member of staff clearly say the fee charged buy back scheme ONLY covers 30% of the money being exchanged. Also exchange rates are better online using their click & collect service.
