I went to Eurochange Manchester Arndale (the one next to Millies) to pick up an online order for Egyptian Pounds. I was served by Mirela who was brilliant! Mirela was not only friendly, funny and patient, but she is also clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Through out conversation Mirela spotted that with only 2 of us travelling, we would exceed the limit of currency each person can take into Egypt. After speaking to colleague, Mirella was able to refund me for the currency we would not be able to take with us, which was a massive relief to me as I had no idea from my holiday booking or currency purchase experiences. Thank you much Mirela :) For eurochange, I would ask that you think about referring to possible limits as part of your online purchase journey; as this would save the risk of travelers getting into trouble or losing money.
