Went to exchange some money, the first thing the young guy with a Liverpool accent asked me is why is my money all in £10 notes, he had no reason to ask why. He then went on to say that he would give me my exchange money all in 10s to be funny and awkward, When I questioned why he began n to laugh and started to become very rude. He then started to tell me he doesn’t get paid enough and became angry and said let’s take this outside after my shift. My reply was what are you going to do to me? When I go exchange money or go anywhere I don’t expect the person working there saying he wants to fight me outside. Customer service was absolutely disgusting & I will never be going back. Will be telling people about this and will get in contact with head office. Oh and the name on the receipt is Adam Batt.
