In spite of there being no commission fee for buying back money previously purchased from Eurochange, the exchange rate offered was extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend going here to sell any foreign currencies. I should also mention that the staff are rather slow in both selling and buying foreign currencies.

Used these always and even in March always had good customer service until today I went to pick up an order I’ve always just used my bank card and email for purhas and that’s always been enough but not today! My order has already paid out of the bank and I wasn’t able to collect even with email, photo of passport and bank card the attitude on Courtney stank, one answer to everything and so rude I asked if she could cancel the order no go online asked for contact numbers (I don’t have them go online) head office number (don’t have them either!..) the two other girls that’s work there very polite and friendly but not this person today I’ve since asked about cancelling to be told a £10.00 charge.. but I thought I’d distance selling and cancelled within 7days it’s fine.!
