I called in to make an exchange and asked if they could match M&S exchange rate The older lady there said no the rate was on line only which is was not. She said you best go there then but quite rude really I walked a few doors down to the travel agents Loverly people and gave me a much better rate Just 10 steps away got me 33 euros extra
