i understand work places are becoming more inclusive. but to be non verbal in customer service isn’t professional of the company eurochange. walked up to the counter was not met with a single manner or any speech from the two diverse colleagues behind the desk, a thank you wouldn’t go a miss. i worked years in kids care so i know sign language but they weren’t even attempting. just care about their pay check at end of day which they don’t even deserve. very uncomfortable experience i don’t know how they got the job

Quick and easy with a painless experience that just fell a bit short. Using the website I ordered some euros for click and collect at this branch which was so easy and amazing. You can even collect it the same day once received the text saying your currency is available. Though the reason for the 3 star review, when I went to collet I was served by James, absolutely friendly member of staff. Did the usual checks and away I left with my euros. Got home to have a look at my currency and my order (€250) was given to me entirely in €50 notes, no 5, 10 or 20 notes. This meant awkwardly whilst out on my holiday, consistently trying to find ways to break or spend the €50 notes. My girlfriend did a click and collect order at a different branch for the same amount and got a nice mix of notes. So fortunately between us wasn’t so bad.

Great service. Did a Google search and found this place. I wanted weekend collection. I couldnt order online with Asda, which is near where I work. This would have meant 2 trips in to store to order and collect and the desk can be randomly closed for an hour at lunch. My bank couldnt get me rubles til next week. And their rate was poor. I dont think they really want to do currency as they pretty much hide the section on their website when you log in. With this company I got next day collection and a better rate. Will definitely use you again. Thanks.
