One particular staff member didn't make me aware of bringing back original reciept to show I bought buy back gaurantee even though i have proof of purchase via bank payment and in effect made me waste money for the add on buy back and further making me losing out on actually money owed back to me. Nobody really reads a receipt word to word so it should be upto staff as part of customer service to give customers vital intormation and make the customer aware. I'm sure its happend to many more people too. The employees need better training and overall very dissapointed with the service, really felt let down. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

Love the place for convenience and location and they seem to have the best rates, however the staff are appalling. I have been on two separate occasions in the last two weeks and each time (by separate staff) greeted with a "tut" and an eye roll for breaking them off... sorry for inconveniencing you, it's your job!

Very convenient and fast service! Ordered travel money last night and it was ready to collect today. The online rates are great and it’s so easy to order. Much better than going to the bank. Also nice that you can secure the online rate even if you come to collect in person (location is convenient too). Very nifty. The staff are lovely.
