Beware, they issue wrong tickets. They do not respond to email and they will intimidate you. Many will not bother to follow up and pay for the ticket. know your rights, if the ticket has been issued wrongly, fight back. the court is fed up with companies like them, judges will listen to your points. I just won a case against them and the judge order them to pay me £275.

Excellent service. Received a PCN, and called them asking to explain why they sent me a charge when the machine was not working. They asked me to appeal online on their website. When i did they responded to me and asked for evidence. When i provided the evidence required, the approved my appeal. Wonderfully dealt with. Very happy.

Wrost company and wrost system i saw , I got ticket for £60 for a parking where I got delivery to pickup when reached on shop the shop was closed so straight away comes out from parking and got ticket, went appeal and said shop was closed so coundt able to enter registration number on kiosk, coz kiosk machine inside the shop but they refused and said you must need to enter the registration in kiosk and now you don't have any right to appeal 😀 👍 just give us money, what a senseless management sitting there , even every park park give you few free mins to pick and drop etc but they said you stay there 1 mins and even we don't allow zero second free.. lol. They are jokers and running business, sad there is no law in country to stop this day light robbery.
