    Absolute joke. They come to the property, do 20 minutes work, leave the back door off and front door wide open and then sit in the van for an hour. Do people not have work ethic or consideration for their clients anymore? Surely working for a double glazing company you’d be aware that your meant to make buildings warmer?

    Avoid this company, I'm paying for better system on the windows they fixing simply one, (worst than in my old windows) the windows are dirty inside both glass, the frame has many scratches and they absolutely don't know what quality is!! The windows don't look like a new.

    Avoid using this company. I’ve had a front door fitted less than one year ago and I’ve had to call 3 times about the locking mechanism. It keeps sticking and I’m being told it is because of the size of the handle, it is too small and does not allow for me to lift up. it has absolutely nothing to do with that. Still waiting for the issue to be rectified. Do not waste your money, go elsewhere.

    Cowboys... Firstly... They arrive as though they are immigrants in the back of the van. The don't know how to cut or seal correctly. They used no measuring tools, just second guess. Nothing is straight, the broke one of the window frames and glued it together. The shelves to the window frame all move. They don't know how to do a complete finish at all. What a load of nothings. Don't go there.
