"6 month smile" turned into 16 months. Dentist took braces off early with no prior discussion, then said treatment would be finished in aligners at an extra cost of £300, which also wasn't previously discussed. Dentist also visibly damaged my teeth by using a new/incorrect bur he'd never tried before (he was telling the dental nurse how easy it was removing the dental cement), leaving 22 teeth with visible abrasions, feeling really rough and sensitive. They left me with unfinished treatment and without a retainer for 3 months, and my teeth had moved by the time I got one, after having to go through the Dental Complaints Service, I sought legal action, but the dentist initially told me they had lost my records, and then provided falsified records to the lawyers and so the case wasn't pursued. Very unprofessional business practice. Seems a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake from people who have 1 review. Who makes a Google account just to go onto Google Maps to leave an exaggerated positive review? No one. They have now removed their deal from Groupon due to all the negative reviews people were leaving on there.

I have been so pleased with the whole experience. Dr Aggarwal and all reception staff have been so friendly. Most of all the improvement and change the braces have made have been outstanding. I finally can smile without embarrassment! This has to be the best Orthodontist in West Midlands and I honestly recommend the practice to all my family and friends! I have had a brace and retainer fitted here. The professionalism, the attention to detail, the friendliness and the expertise is second to none. Really professional service and the highest levels of dental care – so felt very well looked after throughout the process. Add to that the numerous compliments I’ve had on my perfectly straight teeth! Would give the highest possible recommendation. Regards Mike

I came in as a patient today and had a tooth taken out as I was in a lot of pain,I'm a very very nervous patient but my treatment today carried out by Dr aggarwal was amazing I would definitely recommend this practice the receptionist made me feel very welcomed and comfortable,I can't thank this practice 😀 enough.

Since a child I’ve hated visiting the dentist but I was recommended this dentist by a friend I lost a front crown I rang up late on a Friday he had me in next day and started to sort the problem . Within 2 weeks my smile was back . The dentist himself is a lovely fella and has time to chat to you about normal life as well . The staff who work there too are so friendly and chatty ! Highly recommend!

I had 6 month smiles with this dentist that took over 2 years ending in Marks on my teeth and now I am left with my teeth the same as I began with them beware it doesnt work so after putting this review I had a call off them asking me to go in and spend more money with them putting right what I paid for in the first place !

Honestly can not thank Manish and his team enough , I went to 3 other dentists to get a front gold tooth implant and none of them could do what I needed to be done , luckily a friend highly recommend Manish , saying that he would definitely be able to help and he certainly has , he's done exactly what I needed , I'm over the moon with my new gold implant carnt stop smiling must also add that previously any dental work I've ever had done I've had to be sedated , with Manish no sedation was needed , right from my first appointment he put me at ease and explained everything he was going to do which as you can imagine to put a front implant in their is a lot to be done , I can Honestly say with his experience and techniques I felt no pain and was completely relaxed through the whole process , I'm so grateful to you Manish you have certainly put the smile back on my face and I feel whole again 😁👍🏻 , I would Highly recommend Manish to anyone he's Professional in every way and his attention to detail is insanely the best , one final point , he's also a really nice genuine guy , thank you Manish , I'm for forever grateful Shaun 💯👍🏻😁
