Got a mobltey car car went in for a sevrves seat yesterday we was ment to be having a hier car never turend up for at all left dissbled at. The car show room not a phone call to say they have not got a car for us we had to call them not really professionals at you job need to learn customer service 😑

Ordered some bits, and website said they would be ready for collection 3pm same day. I got an email confirming 3pm collection. Went there at 5.30 half the bits not there. Staff member was apologetic, but that doesn't really help me.

Customer care completely useless! Salesman and manager very rude. Sold me wrong part and won’t exchange for right one because box opened incorrectly. My van wasnt repaired on time and I lost my money and time! . Use any different , more responsible shop, rather then Worthing branch! bad experience , Not reccomend it!

Staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Selection of items out front though was very sparse for those last minute "oh yea I need that too" type buying moments. That could be both a positive and a negative I think to prevent over-buying, just a small shop area compared to the warehousing.

Sadly had an awful experience! Staff were sent wrong discs unknown to myself. Only after trying to fit did we realise they were wrong. So took them back only to have a staff member completely flustered saying she can only refund the discs I brought back BUT as they were wrong (and cheaper) so I was out of pocket. The attitude was totally inappropriate. I Chased many times and never got the full refund. It was a truly horrid experience. To add insult the quality of the discs are poor and all x4 are already ravaged with deep rust. I bought another set from elsewhere for my other car and they are still grey and perfect. I have spent years using Euro but the experience was so bad I won't ever go back.
