    Zero star but doesn't allow me give zero Poor service Order some part via click and collect, got confirmation to be picked up by 9am the following day. Went to the store around 1.30pm but order not complete. So the guys said he is going to order and asked me to come back again in the evening. Such a shame if you don't have availability don't send confirmation email and waste our time. Very poor customer care.

    The website is good, has great selection and prices seem okay. In the past I ordered enough to have free delivery or was able to pick up without much delay. Today however, I was thought I would be picking up 2 items I ordered (and paid for) yesterday. There were 5 people in front of me and it took 20 min to get to the front. One item wasn't in stock. The person serving was able to arrange delivery to the shop later in the day, or I could have had a refund. So in general good, but not today.

    What a waste of time and money! Parts never came in on the days stated (I'm glad I kept calling because that would have been more wasted journeys!) Then I Called third time lucky - told yes part have arrived - get to store - parts not there! Absolute shambles And NOT the cheapest place in Swindon!

    One person at the counter and 20 customer on the queue. I had ordered online and waited at the for almost an hour for my turn. Then I found out that my order wasn't ready and had to go back again some point in the future. No estimated date, nothing they could do apparently. I suggest everyone to look for alternative stores rather than euro carparts swindon.

    Queue is always huge! Only one person working the tills whilst you can hear everyone else out the back having a laugh. Often wait 30 mins plus for a collection
