He was very fast in answering my queries and finding the parts I needed, he also went the extra lengths to save the items unders my vehicles registration so that it's easier for me to purchase them in store. Sold me the wrong item. I was not familiar with the part so i didn't check it before i left the store, trusting them to give me the right item that i'd asked for. They didn't offer me a receipt. I assumed they gave me the right part, and if there were any issues I assumed I could show my banking app as proof of sale. Turns out they gave me the wrong part, and i had to go to another store for a refund. They accepted that i had bought the part in Oxford (as seen on my app), but refused to refund because i hadn't been given a piece of paper. Poor all around. I won't be using Euro Car Parts again.
