Terrible Management! Always 1 staff for a queue of people when there is 2 tills available. Shambolic management who cant allocate staff properly to demand. Takes 20mins to buy something when if there was other staff it’d be done in an orderly time.

They never answer the phone. I called 4 times and waited 20 mins at least each time to no avail. Now I have to wait till after the bank holiday to see if my parts have arrived! Not happy at all!
