A good place for bits but if you have purchased online you specifically need the invoice your parts came with to return in store. You can get a duplicate invoice by calling customer support for returns if you have lost yours. I think this might be mentioned on the website but wasn't totally clear when I looked. A little frustrating but otherwise ok.

One person doing an amazing job on the counter with customers queuing up to make purchases. I regularly purchase car parts from here, only once had a faulty part which was sorted out very quickly. If they do not have your part(s) in stock they will advise you how quickly they can get them for you. As a business that is making money, there should be at least two people serving customers to speed up the exchanging of money for parts. I guess it could be down to health issues or simply staff shortages, but that is the only point that I can find fault with. Prices are very reasonable for the trade and general public. Parking can be a bit tricky at times due to location, popularity and other businesses nearby. The service link route to here and other businesses has some serious potholes combined with a few steep speed humps so be aware.
