bad parking, they don't tell you the number of available spaces before you enter. I went to the Winter Wonderland event and chose this parking lot for the next location, but I entered with a queue of cars and lost time inside, not finding a parking space, I gave up and left, I lost 19 minutes of time between entering and leaving. I was notified to pay, I tried to make the appeal and they denied it. Terrible place, cramped and terrible manager.

Very Greedy and Unethical/ Unprofessional Car park company , I have to say. Went there to park on Boxing Day last year for Winter Wonderland. More than 10 cars were stucked down in the car park, all the parking spaces seemed to be full but no sign posted at the entrance. The staff at that time was very rude, told me you have to find yourself for the exit way when I ask him , he stayed calm even though car drivers and families were stressed to get a space and even don’t find the way to go out. After about 12 min of waiting, I haven’t got a space but managed to get out of the parking so hardly by myself/ so do other drivers. Then parking ticket was sent to me and asked for money of 100£. I appealed and explained thoroughly what happened on that day, how bad was the situation on that day, how unhelpful was the staff on that day and I haven’t got a space to park and hardly find my way out there. Today, I received a letter saying they reject my appeal, writing in very unprofessional way without explaining a good reason to pay them and robbed my money again. I just want others know how I was treated and encountered with Euro Car Park( Mayfair). I will never never go there again. Pls Avoid Avoid Avoid this car park!

Even if you tried to use the app to pay the parking fee, there was a situation where you could not pay because the internet connection was not available. the car park was located in the basement. Insisting on pre-payment in the basement without an internet connection is thought to be a disregard for customers.

If you don’t pay through the app, check three times if your details have been put it correctly ! I paid and received the fine ! They said the number plate was wrong but can’t prove it and I can’t prove it it was correct because of lack of receipt with number plate on it. I proved I paid but they still want to charge me £20 admin fee !!!
