I reached out to Gem when she was searching for a wooden arch for one of her lovely couples' weddings this Summer. As a hire company, this was an item which I had wanted to build and add to our portfolio. Gem was very clear with the requirements of the wooden arch and trusted us to take full creative control. On the day of the wedding, we worked on site with Gem at Syrencot. She was so lovely, friendly, and totally in control of all logistics. It was a super-hot day and she had even thought about her suppliers and was offering us bottles of water! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Gem, and if you are looking for a professional wedding planner, she is your lady!
