I was very impressed by the service Mr Khan gave. He spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted to achieve, where the equipment would be deployed and matched it to my budget. It did not stop there. Being so old I'm barely computer literate. He took great pains to teach me how to use the equipment and then even invited me back the next day with my own laptop so that he could better demonstrate how it all worked using the model of laptop that I actually have. I don't think he'd come across many old ladies who needed the amount of help I did, but he just gritted his teeth and got on with it. Perhaps I reminded him of his favourite granny as he certainly looked pleased to have been able to help me so much. Thank you, Mr Khan
