The service from this Company must be the worse we have ever experienced. We purchased a Fire Alarm Panel in September. It is now mid February and we are still waiting for the system to be commissioned. Each time we arrange a date to commission they have cancelled. The system should have been commissioned today and in the region of 20 people have arranged to attend site to open up their units - two of our Engineers arrived on site at 8 am and as they arrived they received a text message from the engineer to say he could not attend as he had just arrived back in the country and needs to self isolate. This is the second time they have used this excuse !!! Even though arrangements to attend were made 4 weeks previous and we made contact 3 days before for final arrangements .
