Helped us arrange a troublesome payment, expedited the order between departments and was an outstanding contact to deal with when we really needed them. I had a terrible experience with this company! Very bad customer service , layers and they do fraud. I asked for some parts around 11000 sterling pound, they told me it's available, in stock , then they sent PI , and asked for full payment. I did the transfer. `After that , they started to tell me lies and stories about lost items , without clear view about the delivery. They even tried to put me in the corner and asked me to pay extra money 1000 sterling pound for VAT for export order (none sense) and send another PI , when I refused and cancelled the order they charged me for 35% cancellation fees as per there hidden terms. Absolut fraud!
