    The Etiquette Dry Cleaning is a wonderful family run cleaning, alteration and repair clothing business in the Pentgon Center Chatham. The service is fantastic and the prices are very competitive. Highly recommended for all of your cleaning, alterations and clothing repair needs

    Opening hours are inconsistent and can longer rely on being able to collect my items on the way to work as they often closedeven an hourafter advertised opening times. More often than not I return to collect items up to a week after the date I'm told they will be ready and still have to wait for items to be pressed and wrapped. Always request a sharp seam in my trousers - apparently they dont see seams in Linen trousers now my seams are being pressed flat. Brought in a pair of CLEAN cream linen trousers for press only that had been rubbed out by hand before going through a 60 degree wash in the machine that still had visible seams. Returned to me dirty, seamless with visible creasing. When querying the response was "we didn't wear your trousers' and 'we can press them with seams now' - the dirty trousers! I will now take my business elsewhere.

    Absolutely rubbish!! Worst dry cleaners I've ever used. I always used to use johnsons cleaners Rochester but moved the other side of town and thought id try this one. BIG MISTAKE I will do the extra drive in future and at least then I know what I'll be getting
