I ordered from this company. After waiting for nearly three weeks, I asked for a refund. This is the owner, Lyndon's reply to me. " Okay look, this is how it goes. You order a item online, you are given a date it will be shipped by, which you ignored, and I dropped it at the post office on the 30th. Then they process the packages, and I pop by the next week to drop more packages and pick up any receipts for processed packages. But unsurprisingly, they've got sick, the whole family has to isolate, and packages are not being processed because they only have someone working there 2 hours a day, and they don't work for me, they have lots of packages to deal with, so everything is backlogged. I however have huge respect for everything they do for the community and me personally with my business, so I don't go hounding them over the fact they are sick and can't work, I just accept the delay and deal with it. Then customers like you come along moaning over a £6 order that hasn't arrived yet like it's the end of the world? Jesus, just grow up a bit! Your package is on its way, if it's too late for you fine, return it and you get a refund. People are dying and you're crying over a chocolate bar that hasn't arrived yet? I'm not going to go over and start rummaging through their backlog of packages to look for yours, that's incredibly petty not to mention completely disregarding the stay at home/social distancing rules that are in place. The fact I'm even working so that you can order chocolate in the first place aught to be something you keep in mind, nevermind the fact as a self employed person to have to put myself at risk just to keep paying the rent because the government doesn't offer enough support. Everyone is doing their best! You are the only customer I have who's decided to cry about this, instead of accepting the fact things are going crazy I the world and nothing is as it should be. Sit tight, wait for your package to arrive, and return it for a refund."

Fab-u-lous. NOT expensive for Vegan chocolate, and believe me you'd never know, it's Vegan, against 'competition'. Best hot chocolate I've ever had (& I'm 63 & drunk a few in Europe over the years). Quality to match any Belgian or Swiss product. Treat yourself and try it.
