I found Ethica Diamonds online after looking into sustainable engagement rings for my partner. I was immediately drawn to their professional yet friendly and ethical approach, and their elegant rings and designs on their website. Despite this I was still beginning to feel overwhelmed by the sheer choice of diamonds and ring settings, but after reading reviews I decided to give them a call. My fears were immediately put at ease, Olivia (and later Claire) were the most knowledgeable friendly and enthusiastic people to deal with, no question was too stupid and Olivia made a huge effort to help me land on something personal, discuss customizations, and generally keep me completely involved in the process whilst also making sure to explain things every step of the way. By the end of what turned out to be a pretty quick process, I knew I had found the perfect ring from the perfect place! Even when I decided I wanted to propose earlier than expected, they worked to turn everything around for me and managed to get the ring with me in time. My partner was absolutely amazed with the ring and she hasn't stopped looking at it! couldn't reccomend Ethica enough.

Both Claire and Olivia were very helpful throughout the whole process of my order. There was a slight delay in the manufacturing of the ring (out of their control) which could have scuppered my proposal plans but they very kindly and quickly sent me one of their (lovely) sample rings for me to propose with, until mine was ready. After the actual ring arrived I used it to propose for a second time! Their communication was clear and frequent. They clearly want the best for their customers and were very interested in how the proposal went, which was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
