My experience with Etg is absolutely positive. Helen is an excellent teacher, she is experienced and knowledgeable. Anyone would be lucky to have her as she always finds the way to make the lessons easy to understand even for who does not speak English yet. In my opinion, what really makes the difference is that she is incredibly empathetic. From the beginning I opened my problem, she fully and immediately understood my needs and created the tools to maximize the improvement on my learning. I strongly recommend her.
