Very bad experience. The lady literally ruined my hairs. Even I argued vd her for 30minutes to fix it but she kept on saying it wil get fix in 2 weeks. I asked for short layers. And she made short bob. I had read bad reviews before going but thought may be everyone has own experience and by the end this was the result. Very disappointed.

Charged £230 for root touch up and a few highlights, I had told her I wanted more highlights then I already had, she back combs the hair so the highlights don’t even start from the roots, didn’t do the job properly but charged extortionate price

A very pleasant first experience here! Hadn't made an appointment. Spoke to Farida on the phone the day before to check - can make an appointment or just walk in. Farida spoke kindly and gave costs of each of the threading treatments. Waited about 5mins, then sat in chair. Explained I wanted eyebrows tidied (keeping it natural). Amina understood and I liked the result! Upper lip and chin also done. It was quick and easy! Thank you Amina!
