I’m so glad I found Eternal Paws following the sudden passing of our beloved cat Kanye. Honestly not sure how I would have got through the toughest few days of my life without the sensitive professionalism of Anita and Mel. With me having no prior plans or understanding of the process they handled literally everything, with so much kindness and respect. The team catered to my specific requests and kept me updated the whole time. And the approach they take being focussed on compassion and the spiritual elements of this important time just felt right for my boy. Knowing he was surrounded by warmth and peace rather than a cold clinical setting gave me great comfort in this trying time. Thank you Anita and Mel for doing what you do in the way that you do it, it is so important and I will be forever grateful.

Had our beautiful boy Brooks cremated here today. What was a horrible day was made easier by the service provided. The room we left our boy in was beautiful and calming and we felt like we were leaving him in safe and caring hands. He was ready to collect and bring home not long after. They even washed and dried that blanket we brought him in with which was lovely. Would definitely recommend Eternal Paws.

I cant thank Anita and Mel enough for the care, respect and empathy they shown for our beloved cat Malcolm who we had to have put to sleep 3 days in to our 11 day holiday. We couldn't bear the thought of him being left in the vets until we came home. I did some searching and came across Eternal paws who were amazing from start to finish, Anita discussed the process with me which was a great comfort as we felt so helpless being so far away. Mel collected Malcolm from the vets, they lay him to rest in the lodge with crystals and candles around him and took some tasteful pictures which gave me great comfort. On our return we were able to collect his ashes which were in a lovely cat shaped urn, we also received paw prints, some of his fur placed in a lovely little bottle, wild flower seeds to scatter on his favourite place, a little paw broche, the rainbow bridge poem and a lovely personal card from Anita and Mel. I cant recommend these guys enough, thankyou from the bottom of our hearts.x

What an incredibly lady. Thank you for your kindness to Hugo and my family. Anita has considered every aspect of your pets end of life journey. I went to Anita for the cremation of my boy. We were incredibly sad for our loss. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was lovely, soothing, caring and spiritual. We took away paw and nose prints to cherish. I knew I had left my boy with the right person. Thank you Anita

Will be eternally grateful to Anita and Mel for the amazing service they provide. Making a most difficult time less traumatic because it all happens in their home, where the pet and owners are most comfortable. The aftercare and crematorium package is also beautiful and really helps when the whole family is grieving. Thank you so much ❤️

It has taken me sometime, to be able to write our personal review due to losing our beautiful boy Bodie, just a little over a month ago. I have to say the service from Eternal Paws, from the initial phone call right through to the final moments, including the return of my baby's ashes, was nothing short of kind, considerate and with care and outstanding professionalism throughout. Anita & James were exceptional and made the hardest of decisions and days that little more bearable. Bodie was treated with the upmost respect and dignity and we will be forever grateful that he was in their hands when he passed over. An amazing business, offering a service that is needed, as pets are family and deserve as much care and compassion. With thanks, Kerry & Margaret xx
