The worst haircut I ever had, and she had the cheek to charge me an extra 15 quid on top of my voucher for a 're style. Awful place, awful hairdresser. Cried when I got home 👹👹😭😭😭😭 Read the response, says they didn't have time for a 're style, then said they gave me a 're style and charged me extra , would like a full refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve used this salon a few times for having my nails and lashes done, have formed a lovely friendship with the owner, it’s nice being able to go in sit and have a chat and actually feel welcomed! There’s also been multiple occasions where I’ve been in the area and my daughter has needed the toilet and have always been welcomed in when could easily be turned away, I never know how I want my nails but always leave happy always always love my lashes and just overall experience here thank you Kim and all the staff💖 Services: Acrylic nails, Eyelash extensions

I had full set of Lashes done. Will not be going back! The owner think called Kim was allowing children to be loud and run about. When having lashes and trying to relax not professional. When shown end result I wasn't happy and was told I'm new so I do need to practice. I asked for a refund and owner laughed. Had to go to another place to get removed, where the lashes are actualy stuck to my eyelid!!! I've reported to beauty guild. They have so much going on and seems just rents spaces to who ever to pay the bills. Not suitable for relaxing time and being pampered Staff language was disgusting also.
