I went to go get my piercings done with my mum. after having to wait for 5 minutes to even be served. I spoke to a lady who asked to see my id. she then accused my of having a fake id which says i’m 16. The staff were incredibly rude and ignorant. I do not recommend

Complete lack of customer skills and really rude, found this on multiple visits, so won't be returning again. No till, cash only, and got no receipt makes me think they are doing some dodgy tax avoidance too. Also my piercing isn't even straight, very irritated customer.

The atmosphere in the shop was awful. The lady doing the piercing didn’t make me feel at ease at all. Normally piercers suggest what would and wouldn’t look good/be doable but there was none of that. She just plonked a spot where ever. She gave no advice on heeling time or how to look after the piercing, instead the piercer continued with her xenophobia remarks. Service: Nose piercing

Hate too say it but won’t be ever coming back here again had a eyebrow piercing done with a cheap piercing gun that was done and even got another done recent in Newcastle and even they thought it was a waste off money especially at 25 bloody pound 😡rip off never again including it’s gone very loose and not been done proper !!!!!! Now just had a redone at the studio in Glasgow and they was way 10 times better and professional paid the same price again and they did and million times better job
