    I was really disappointed with the after care from Eterna. My extendable outside table had a manufacturing fault. I reported the issue, after several weeks of badgering email Eterna sent out an engineer who could not fix the problem and reported a replacement needed to be sent. I’ve been chasing ever since. 5 months later and I’ve had enough, I’ve never complained openly before but after spending so much I expect a proper service. Thoroughly disappointing.

    We order garden table with 6 chairs, very good quality and we are really happy with it. Everything arrived accordingly, except the cover for table that we order same day and we still didn't receive it. Update: after 5 months we still didn't receive our table cover. Many emails sent and lately no reply - we ordered from here because, only because of the table cover. Another update: they flagged my review as "not being based on a genuine experience"!!! They have reached a new level and 1 star minus!! So my £80 paid on a water proof table cover not received, is not genuine experience!!!! No replies to my emails and no table cover!!!!DISGUSTING Update no 2: decided to call, Sunday and I am sorry I done that because it looked like I disturbed them from having dinner - "they told me they will look into it". Felt really embarrassed for calling on Sunday and didn't ask for many details so I called back on Monday asking how long is going to take to look into my table cover situation and come back with a resolution...assuming they didn't have enough time since May to do it, but that's something else...oh the guy started shouting at me, talking over me and repeating himself with same little sad story they will look into my case and investigate...and he is calling me darling as well(with a quiet ironic tone)!!

    ordered a garden furniture set from their website in early August. From the start they did not give the most professional impression; I received no notifications of dispatch or delivery timescales, so I had to call for updates. When our furniture set arrived ten days later with a parasol missing, and Eterna followed up with an email advising me my order was complete, I lodged a complaint requesting a credit of the cost of the parasol as a goodwill gesture. I received a call back within 24 hours agreeing to this, so I sent my bank details for payment. I did not receive payment or a response. I called in early October, and a director took my call who advised me that they had sacked the customer service operative for being too generous to customers. He requested that I resend my follow up email to him, which I did and I received no response. The parasol eventually arrived several days later: to our billing address (our old first floor flat with no garden) rather than our delivery address. I advised Eterna the following day that I had made the 40 minute round trip to collect the parasol, and requested an update on my complaint resolution. I have still yet to receive a response. When I have called to chase up, I am always told 'somebody will give you a call back'. I'm still waiting. The only reason this is a two star rather than one star review is that the furniture itself is quite good. I'm a first time buyer, so I may well have ordered from Eterna again if their customer service had been better. Unfortunately this experience has been really poor, and when I've spoken to Eterna on the phone they've blamed everyone but themselves.

    I ordered table chairs and parasol in May and after approx 20 emails and phone calls with false promises of delivery I was sent an e mail on 20th September just saying I am not getting my order and a refund, my order was going to Scotland and I paid extra for the shipping so I think the service I received was shocking. Beware of false promises and a shocking service.

    Terrible service. Ordered in May, it's now September and they still haven't been able to deliver the garden furniture. No communication from their team (30 mins to an hour waiting on the phone before they pick up), they kept saying it's out for deliver every-time we called. We finally got an answer in September saying they couldn't complete the deliver! We cancelled the order and we're in the process of getting a refund. Another terrible process which no-one seems to know what’s going on. Terrible experience

    Aside from Adi the delivery driver, who has worked hard to try and save the sale, no one was in any way helpful. We ordered in June with a 4 week delivery, it was late we had to chase for information which is hard when they don’t answer the phone. When it arrived via Adi it was the wrong table, two of the chairs didn’t match and the parasol and cushions were missing. We have tried on multiple occasions to call and email and it’s been a lottery as to whether we managed to make contact. Apologies were made when I mention I been holding for over 20 mins but it never improved over time. They have clearly oversold their supply but worst of all make no attempt to communicate this with their customers. I can honestly say, ADi aside, this has been one of the most frustrating and poorest of customers service experiences ever! Don’t go there unless you have the patience of. Saint! Also now had 4 promises of collection of the order we cancelled - it's still sitting waiting!!! 🙄

    Goods were delayed and was a little disappointed there wasn’t an earlier update, though I understood why. Delivery man Adi was amazing, courteous and efficient and I therefore give five stars; give the man a pay rise he’s a terrific ambassador for the company!

    Ordered garden furniture & paid in full. Waited 6+ weeks, receiving excuses that their delivery partners were being changed. Eventually took delivery. One chair badly damaged so needed to be returned. Noted several other substandard products on delivery lorry. Overall quality dreadful. Seen better woodwork in a Year 12 woodwork class at school. Bad joints, split wood, holes filled with filler, various dents, gauges & chips, surplus glue not cleaned away. Product received DOES NOT resemble Website pictures. Disappointing & not worth half the money we paid. Steer clear! PS don’t pay the £49 table assembly fee, it took the driver less than 5 minutes.. Cannot recommend
