Terrible stay clear. I purchased a bike and it arrived in extremely poor condition I will list a few and upload video proof. Lights not working at all, stem wobbling (very unsafe) battery life is 10 miles of which the last 3 the bike barely moves (Im 76kg), flat tyre which needs pumping every other day since arriving & that’s just to list a few. The bike is very cheaply built with terrible components the kind you would find on kids toys which are already failing after less than 2 months and hardly any miles covered, in process of getting a refund but not being made easy.

I am very disappointed with the purchase of this electric bicycle. I received the product and there was a problem on the second day of use. The pedal fell off. I almost had an accident. On the eighth day of use, the tire blew out. It was very, very bad, and the customer service staff was also very disappointed. Did not give a solution at all, told me to buy another tire, it broke after only 8 days of use, this product is rubbish Rubbish products, will never buy their products, but also said that the warranty is one year, a few days after the purchase of problems have not been solved

I absolutely love this bike,ive had other ebikes but this one is by far the best one. When i placed the order I emailed in regards to delivery and you was very understanding to the point I was upgraded to a weekend delivery which I was very happy with. Any contact by email has been replied to fairly quickly. I would recommened your company to anyone that wants an ebike. Thank you very much for a quality product and fantastic customer service.
