RUDE! I called with an enquiry on a large bespoke project I am working on. Etch were recommended to me by someone else in the trade as their work is outstanding........ shame their Customer Service is shocking!!! I got as far as "Hello, I'm hoping you can help me......" at which point the man who answered the phone greeted someone else who had obviously walked into the premises (Dean) at which point he said to me "I'll have to call you back....." and hung up!!! Needless to say he won't be calling as my number is private and I certainly won't be calling there again either.... NEXT!!

Found owner, Stewart, to be great at his job. He has a wide portfolio which you can see as soon as you enter his office. His work speaks volumes. He has a lot of experience in working with metal etching so I wouldn't go anywhere else and he covers smaller orders which many businesses do not.
