I appreciate your disposable cups are compostable however the lids are made of plastic. Since you provide ceramic cups, could you consider removing all single use cups? I could see some training participants reaching out for new paper cups every time there is a break. It can amount to 8 plastic lids per participant over 2 day training. If you don't give them choice they won't use them. It would be nice if we all could do our bits to fight the pollution and waste. We don't have planet B. Just a gentle reminder... Otherwise a great venue that is providing everything you can ask for and more.

Very good venue with excellent catering. I went to a course held here for Occupational Health and Safety, and exams since, and the food here has been consistently better than I have at home (though admittedly that benchmark is low with my skills). The communal areas have a hotel vibe and and staff are polite. I was impressed how comfortable the venue is.

A very good venue for business meetings and professional development courses. The hospitality was excellent, providing great service and a delicious breakfast. The coffee is also very good for all those caffeine addicts out there. The venue itself is modern, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Certainly fit for purpose. The nearby parking in the NCP is terrible, use the tram or train if possible.
