    I recently worked with ETC Tax on some financial matters and I have to say, I had a mixed experience. On the one hand, their help with VAT was fantastic. They were efficient, effective, and really helped me navigate the complexities of that process. However, when it comes to self-assessment returns, I would not recommend their services. I signed an agreement with them and their initial fees were reasonable. But as soon as the tax year ended and there was no new information to review, they suddenly started making up excuses and tried to charge me three times the initial price. It became clear to me that some people with certain expertise had left their company, and now they were trying to push the bill to their customers.

    Very negligent company. Paid £6,000 to have my taxes filed, one year later I have seen that the tax calculations were completely wrong!! Left me with a much bigger tax bill to pay and put me at a massive risk of receiving a fine from HMRC. Would NOT recommend to any friends or family, AVOID!!!!
