I want to disable my policy from auto renewing. The website says to chat to their agents, but there is no agents. You're sent to a bot which tells you to phone up. There is absolutely no reason why you can't disable your renewal without phoning except to have to deal with the support staff begging you to stay. This is malicious.

Impossible to get through!! Sat on the side of the road on hold for 2.5 hours. Just a joke. And then a further 2.5 hours every time I wanted an update on my claim. Staff ok hut clearly not enough of them to actually conduct a customer friendly business. The chat bit is next to useless as you are on hold to speak to a computer too. The WORST experience of a completely inefficient service I have ever had and this is saying something.

Worst insurance company ever. The most horrible costumer service I ever dealt with. Absolutely atrocious. They avoid at all costs, it seems on purpose, to provide you with a courtesy car and push to only pay you £10 a day instead of the courtesy car. They also do their best to delay it enough until they aren’t legally abided to provide you with a car anymore, meaning you might never even have the courtesy car even though it’s your right to do so. They are extremely rude to customers, from shouting to hanging up the call on purpose. As long as I am alive I will avoid this company like the plague. They will cause you a lot of unnecessary stress when you need them.

I wouldn't want any other car insurance other then ensure, they have a great and polite Team there. I had a misunderstanding with one of my payments down to the bank giving me the wrong information and esure quickly dealt with the issue. Thanks esure
