Absolute joke. Made a mistake on booking and was refused a refund and the guy actually laughed at me when I had to tell my 5 year old daughter we weren't going on the boat... Like, who even does that??? Then had the nerve to respond to my review that I: "stormed off and I assumed you were angry at yourself"... Errr NO!!!! I WAS ANGRY AT YOU FOR LAUGHING AT ME!!! WHAT KIND OF PERSON DOES THAT AFTER REFUSING A CUSTOMERS RIGHT TO A REFUND??? I ASSUME YOU STILL WON'T UNDERSTAND THIS... BUT I'LL LEAVE THIS HERE ANTWAY.. AFTER ALL, IT IS MY RIGHT... BYEEEEE 👍

Booked "the double" as a spontaneous day out for myself & my 2 kids (age 19 & 14). Absolutely wonderful time, weather was also glorious for it today. Very nice skipper, learnt a few new bits of history even though we're fairly local to the area, exhilarating boat ride, lots of fun, great stop off for a lovely meal, couldn't fault the experience. Easy to book, reliable, friendly, would highly recommend :)

We were 2 families with children, the youngest being 4 years old. We had the BEST boat trip. James showed us the sites and talked about the history of Mersea which was fascinating! James put us all at ease very quickly and regularly made us laugh throughout the trip, it was such brilliant fun! It was all round a great experience for us all and I would highly recommend this excellent boat trip to anyone up for a thrilling and fun filled ride around the sites of Mersea and Osea.
