I needed a replacement double glazing unit and called Eston Glass. The gentleman came and measured up, was very chatty and pleasant and he promised to get back to me with a quote.He didn’t. I called again, and again promises were made, but no quote. I gave up. He definitely can “talk the talk but can’t walk the walk!”
