I had a great experience ordering my bridal lengha from Estie Couture. I was ordering my outfit from a picture and the team were very helpful, they got additional pictures of the outfit from the designer for me to look at. They drew out all the customisations I wanted and also helped make decisions over what would look good. When my outfit arrived there was a mistake with blouse but they dealt with that promptly and for no extra charge. My outfit fit me perfectly and didn’t need any alterations. I really loved my outfit and I’m so happy I bought it from Estie. Special thank you to Amir for being so lovely and helpful during the process! I would definitely recommend Estie Couture for any brides to be!

Whilst the outfit was lovely, the experience was very disappointing. My outfit arrived a week later than planned and I had to call multiple times for updates with no response or acknowledgement. When I did finally receive my outfit, the fitting was not great and had no time to adjust it ahead of my event. Whilst I cried in the studio - I received no acknowledgement, apology or comfort (or tissue) for my feelings and experience. I left feeling very disappointed and overall, my feelings and experience was not acknowledged. I also had requested a picture of the outfit so I could match jewellery ahead of time - I was promised a photo - but never received, therefore the jewellery I had purchased ahead of time was incorrect. Poor customer service. I had to wear the outfit (as I had no alternative) and whilst it looked nice, the fitting made the experience of wearing the outfit really uncomfortable. Just an acknowledgement of my feelings and experience at the time would have been much appreciated.

By far the best Indian boutique in England. I got married at the start of July 2022 and was trying to avoid travelling to India for outfits and get it all done here. I went to all of the stores that carry the better designers and ended up ordering a custom Seema Gujral lengha for my sangeet, a couple of ridhi mehra saris for myself, all of my families outfits (total of around 10 outfits) for men and women. Everything came in time, compared to other stores, when one outfit was a little big they arranged to send it back to the designer Gaurav Gupta free of charge and sorted it really quickly. Not only was I really impressed with the service but even when a belt was made a bit too small, Amir arranged for the designer to remake it in 2 weeks and brought it by hand to my wedding venue on the day of my reception so I could wear it the following day for my Vidai. I have never experienced service like this in any shop before and I can’t rave enough about how much they did for me especially at a time when stress levels were already so high. Amir particularly went above and beyond repeatedly for all of us and has eye for fashion and style is incredible especially coming from someone super picky. I will definitely be buying more from them in the near future!

But here goes.. Honestly, you both are the best and thank you for bringing my vision to life with Sawan and Team. Without your help this would have been impossible. Thank you for making my day, and this entire experience so special and comfortable. The wedding experience has been stressful and this is the one thing, I was not at all stressed over. A truly tailored experience! After trying on bridal outfits in some of the shops in Southall, I felt defeated. I am a plus size girl (UK Size 14/16) and I left Southall upset that I would not find a bridal lehenga to wear to our long awaited (due to covid) wedding. However we booked an appointment with Estie Couture after searching for bridal shops near where we lived and it was one of the best decisions we made! We met with Amir and Veena who were so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! We left that day having decided on our wedding outfits! My fiance's outfit is pink; a colour he would never have dreamt of wearing if he had not been advised and encouraged to try it on and he loves the outfit! The outfits are made to measure so we eagerly awaited there arrival! Today we went for the fitting and my lehenga choli fitted like a dream! What a different experience to a couple of months ago in Southall! I even chose jewellery as Estie Couture had some bridal sets (choker, earrings and tikka). This was a bonus as I was able to try the jewellery on while wearing my bridal outfit, so I got a true feel of the final look. My fiance's sherwani is stunning, he needs a small alteration on the sleeves as they are a tiny bit tight (he needs movement for that "changing the lightbulb" dance move hehe) but Estie had this covered! They provided the name of a tailor who will make the alterations at no additional charge. Honestly, we cannot thank Team Estie enough! I came to them feeling defeated and I left them excited to wear my bridal lehenga! My fiance came feeling unsure of what to wear and left with a sherwani he loves! My fiancé and I visited Estie for our wedding outifts with less than 1 month to go until our wedding. The team at Estie went above and beyond to help us find the perfect outfits, order them in and ensure the fitting was perfect on arrival. Their selection is so broad, and they have managed to secure contracts with some of the best designers in India too (both wedding and non wedding attire) which really makes the trip worth while (especially after visiting Leicester, Southall and Wembley which felt like a sweat camp). Their kindness and appointment only approach really made us feel at home.... They really are worth their weight in Gold!

After a long time struggling to find a modern Indian sherwani for my wedding I was told that Estie have some mens attire that I should go see. Their designs are very much more modern that what you’ll find elsewhere on the classic asian high streets. A bonus is that the price is comparable to the high streets but you’ll be getting a better service, experience and product from Estie. If you’re fortunate enough to have Amir help you at the store, then you should feel confident that you are working with someone who understands fashion. He provided me with good, honest and practical advice. He is quite literally the man you want to see if you need help with a grooms sherwani. The women’s section is larger than the mens but I believe they are now growing their mens selection under Amir’s guidance. Thank you Amir and Estie.

A fantastic experience at Estie Couture! Veena assisted me with my bridal outfit and I absolutely love it and cannot wait to wear it this Summer! The store is beautiful, with a wonderful collection ranging from known names but also unknown upcoming young Indian designers. I really loved this as they had so many different pieces ranging for different budgets which is so accommodating for everyone. Veena was so lovely and really made our visits so enjoyable. She understood what I was looking for and also gave her thoughts on what might suit best. I also needed some assistance with colour matches for my other wedding outfits and Veena was so kind enough to help me with that too! She was very responsive and always willing to help me, which is very much appreciated :) Overall a really lovely experience at Estie!

I am overjoyed that Estie Couture has played a massive part for my big day! I have purchased both my civil and reception outfits from them, and going to the fitting over the weekend was truly a pinch me moment of how beautifully it all came together! Pure happy tears! I can not wait to purchase more of their beautiful gems from their store for the foreseeable further events! This wouldnt have been possible if it wasnt for the beautiful VEENA and AMIR from customer service. She helped me throughout the whole process since January till now and reassured me with what the measurements required for the bespoke tailoring!
