My review is for facial laser hair removal patch test. Patch test was done on the arm where I had no hair, so felt like it was pointless. Patch test is meant to be done on the hair, to see how it reacts and how painful it is. Without a reaction, its hard to tell how it would work out. Will just have to pay for the full treatment and see how it goes. If full treatment goes well, I'll increase my ratings :)

Mole removal does not work! Not even worth 1 star No follow up after the treatment. Had 2 sessions but did not work They only kept telling me to come for more sessions (£50 per session).

Definitely will not return. I was removing skin tags last year and all went well, but when I return this year (4 weeks ago) it was disaster. Firstly, place looks rusty, like nobody looks after it. Secondly, when woman started the session the piece of nitrogen flip out and burnt my eye. Reaction of the woman doing procedure was rediculous, she treated it like nothing happened, gave me minimal amount of cooling cream. Basically, the equipment is used rarely and need servicing. Moreover, the actual treatment did bot work but left red damaged skin cells. Definitely, do not go there. Unprofessional equipment and service.

I have been a long term client of Esthetica Clinic. The team there is very helpful, especially Mina Suleva who looks after me very well. She is always professional and provides informed advice on the skincare and treatments. She also is the lead aesthetic therapist who specialises in laser treatment, by far, my favourite (Clear Lift!). Highly recommend both Mina and the clinic.

Very bad customer service by the staff members. They promote discounted price on the phone and say different prices when you go there. I am really terribly dissatisfied with their service. They should not treat customer like i received today.i highly don't recommend this clinic.

Thank you so much for helping me fighting with acne, especially to Mina! Staff is super friendly and helpful, always super clean and having relaxing atmosphere. Visiting over quarantine and always feel safe, because staff taking extra care on hygienic and sanitation.
