I found Audrey last year after my hairloss due to the medication I took. She was amazing, made me feel comfortable and I felt safe with her looking at my hair (at that point no one had seen it in months as I was embarrassed) she reassured me and explained my options and then booked me in after she brought in a few choices and she spent time explaining them, pros and cons, cost etc. Tried them on me multiple times and then gave me a while to decide, to start with I thought no because my hairloss was not permanent but so glad I went ahead as 1. My hairloss is back and my piece will always be good to go but 2. The service you get is amazing, she fits you in as soon as she can and organises a hairdresser to cut it into your hair no matter what and I can not praise her enough!

While going through chemo treatment for breast cancer, Audrey was very supportive and helpful in finding the perfect wig for me. It definitely gave me a sense of security knowing I had it (although I shaved my head and just ended up rocking a bald head... my wig gave me the courage to do it, and I was so much happier!!). Also, I have to note Audrey was not pushy at all and understood the emotional side. Prior to meeting with Audrey I saw another women and felt pressured to commit to her services on the spot. Audrey was not like that at all, which made the process easier. She was also flexible in her availability to meet.
