Highly recommended!!! Este Medical Group, West Bridgford were recommended to me by a friend. He had a very successful hair transplant with the Nottingham branch and had nothing but good things to say about the clinic and his treatment. I decided to book a meeting with their Consultant, Sultan Mahmood, to discuss having a hair transplant. I’m very glad I did. I found Sultan to be a very honest and genuine man, who clearly puts the needs of his clients first. Sultan informed me that the procedure would take place in Istanbul and that the remainder of the ‘aftercare’ would be performed at the clinic (Nottingham). He explained everything I could possibly need to know in great detail. I left the clinic that day confident, I’d made the right decision. I have found the Nottingham team to be incredibly professional; there communication and support throughout the process has been exceptional. I ‘m really impressed that the team are always in contact with you throughout the treatment. They are ready, willing and available to provide support and advice in answering any questions you may have, at any time. The staff of Este Istanbul were there to provide support from the moment I was greeted at the airport and taken to the hotel (which was amazing!), to my treatment at the Istanbul clinic by a very friendly and professional team.
