Nice place for lunch and a pint. Decent vegetarian options. Next to a busy road, but not too noisy.

Unbeatable fish restaurant in the beautiful location of Sandsend just outside Whitby. The owners David & Tim are fabulous hosts and the fish pie is truly delicious and must try dish 😋 The deserts are also a work of art by Tim and highly recommended. Can’t wait to return for our next visit. 👋

Best fish and seafood we have EVER had! Really good friendly service, delicious food, superb deal with room included. Rooms: Lovely room, immaculately clean, lovely crisp linen and comfy bed. We had a king sized bed which was a bit of a squeeze in the room but we managed. Food & drinks: Got a dinner bed and breakfast deal for £300. Menu was amazing, food so delicious. Some items on menu had a supplement but not overpriced for the quality. Wines a little pricey at around £30 a bottle but we didnt mind as it was a special occasion. In comparison to other high end restaurantsin North Yorkshire, the Estbek is far better on food and value for money this place should have a michelin star.
