    NO STARS. This is the most inefficient organisation I have ever had to deal with. Property was sold 6 months ago. Still receiving Ground Rent invoices from E & M and still receiving Service Charge invoices from First Port. Apparently E & M haven't notified First Port of the sale - no surprise there then! HOPELESS.

    Never answer their phones and their payment website doesn't work. They make it impossible to pay your rent so they then can get debt collectors after you.

    Don’t even deserve a 1 star! My grandparents brought a flat in Sep 2021. To this day they haven’t received a bill for ground rent. My grandad managed to get hold of them (don’t know how) and got told there was no register of them living there. Contacted our solicitor who confirmed the land registry does state it is them living in the flat. Cannot get hold of them at all. It is putting stress on my grandparents as they are worried about getting an outstanding bill. Solicitor is currently in the process of trying to sort it!

    Rude and awful. Have not responded to me or my solicitor in weeks regarding documents for a sale that require the freeholder’s signature. They are blocking the sale and putting it at massive risk.
