    Updated i done a service with mercedes 5000 miles ago had a look at filter and was never changed Low quality mechanics its been 6 times for the same fault its like they haven’t the skills to do it. This is ment to be mercedes where im from merc is to be the best service and quality this is very far from. If merc had anything about them they would not let these cowboys even be a main dealer or use there badge. They should make a program called cowboy mechanics these would be the first on the show

    This is the worst experience of a Van service ever . It took 2 days to complete some recall items which they said they did not know about also they did not complete the reversing camera updates properly , so the van had to be returned to Deeside .The van was left in a very untidy state with parts all over the front floor of the van , the plastic seat cover still in place and the floor covering just crumpled up . I found the Service Manager extremely rude and unhelpful . This person needs a course in Customer Relations or transferred to another job where contact with the customers is restricted or supervised .
