    Broke down on the motorway and managed to limp it to this garage. Best part of an hour later, after waving goodbye to my car on a low loader, my husband picks me up and we see a sign, on the way out of forecourt. Any parking for longer than 20 minutes will incur a fine from a private company (Horizon Parking). I went back into the shop to speak to the attendant but he was clueless as to what to do. Having called this company, they are pretty confident I will receive a fine. What a scam! I thought the garage would be a safe haven at a time of need. At the very least put the sign in a prominent place near the front of the forecourt. To place it where it is feels like extortion.
