It is with regret that I have to write this review, Essex Tubes are totally incompetent and will waste a lot of your time, as they have wasted months of mine. I have a lid, which I am trying to fit on the tube to make a box. I have been misinformed by Nikkie several times and it has cost me months on my project. I am furious. Stay away from this company, they are incompetent and it doesn't matter how many times you ask them if you understand what you are trying to achieve, they will say yes (lie) but really they don't understand. And if it is not a lie, it's poor training or just sheer idiocy. I am so very upset about the months I have wasted in contact with this company - Don't make the mistake I did.
