I booked this translation company because they advised me they would be able to do all my passport forms and get everything ready for passport office they said don’t worry it will be all ok when I went to print them off the documents were wrong and name spelt incorrectly when I advised I had to pay new translator the lady was shouting on phone at me saying to me it was my problem they don’t come to the house which she did and translate on these forms she didn’t say that when they charged me £157 they said don’t worry it will all be taken care of I would not trust this company if they cannot get your LEGAL documents right
