The young gentleman who delivers our doors, windows and roof lantern is a gem, hard working, strong, polite, careful and very knowledgeable. He patiently gives us lots of advice where to store the glass to prevent unwanted damages. In my most recent order Mark is willing to help us modify a few very last minute changes even after the order has gone to production. Essex Trade Windows is sure to be the place to go for all our glazing needs from now. We had our door installed 6 years ago and loved it. Recently it faded (probably due to being in direct sunlight) After speaking to James he sent out 2 of his guys and replaced the door (including the glass) The fitters were extremely courteous and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

We initially spoke with Andrew who was really knowledgeable on all of the products and made it a really straight forward process for us, he answered all of our questions and double checked everything so felt at ease with him instantly. We did have a slightly longer wait than what was initially the manufacturing timeframe but that was no fault of their own and we had an idea that it would be longer due to materials and the current goings on. We contacted Andrew who again was prompt in response and updated us. When it was delivered the delivery driver was pleasant and helpful and despite saying he was newish, again had really good knowledge of everything. The product itself was really well packaged and came with literally everything you need. The bifolds and lantern was super easy to install and look fantastic. I’m really pleased with them and really happy that we went to this company. Thank you.
