I contacted mike when an upgrade of my broadband left me with 3 dead extension sockets and a master socket in the wrong room. He outlined my options (in terms I could understand) and went on to do a very tidy job. I now have internet connection speeds slightly better than my Internet Service Provider promised and to where I want the connection. The extension sockets work again as well.
