My initial email for a survey on a project was answered within 20 minutes which was great. After sending my reply I waited all week without a confirmation or reply believing it might be in hand before I emailed asking if it was something the company could help me with only to get a reply within the hour saying they were too busy and I should look elsewhere. I don't like leaving poor reviews but my time and progress is as important as theirs.
