Hit a pothole which bent my alloy wheel. Contacted ESR by email - prompt response - called the next morning and got a next day appointment. Wheel was repaired and refurbished to brand new condition. Johnny did an amazing job on fixing my alloy to ready my car for sale. He also came back after we found out that BMW had misplaced my locking wheel nut and we couldn’t get a suitable replacement the same day! Great price and great service! Will use again if I ever need a service they provide!
